The facility features a fully composite warehouse with the capability to handle products with multiple temperature and humidity requirements and contains sufficient loading bays and large ante-room to facilitate receiving, staging and shipping large volumes of product simultaneously. Deliveries are made either in sealed trucks or containers to ensure that the cold chain is not broken and food security is not compromised. To meet short lead times and provide flexibility to all our customers within our portfolio, operations run around the clock. Teams receive stock, inspect the quality, clean, sort, pack and deliver throughout the day.
Regardless of the season, our purchasing team works closely with all our long-standing suppliers from around the globe. Stock is sourced and imported weekly from various states in Australia, Holland, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, Middle East, Vietnam and United States.
